Pam Burton
Head of NurseryI have been at Teddy Bear Nursery for nearly 27 years. I am N.N.E.B level 3 qualified and I am also Designated Person for Child Protection. I update my Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene every three years, along with other training to keep me in touch with childcare development.
I have met many children and families in my time being at Teddy Bear Nursery, we have had children who used to attend return with their own children.
I am very proud of the Teddy Bear Nursery team. They have worked extremely hard to achieve two Outstanding grades from Ofsted in 2011 and 2016.
I have enjoyed watching the children come in as babies, go into the 2-3’s room, into the pre-school and then go off to school. It is amazing what the children have achieved.
